Honestly, if I were to start my own business, I would want it to be after the ideals that Google has set. I want a business that starts by trying to honestly meet people's needs. I like the fact that it has its own name and is not based on the names of the founders. I feel it allows the company to take off and transition easier when either you sell it or you die and someone else carries it on. Obviously it isn't the only way since Disney has done well since Walt died, but it is my preference because if they do take it in a different direction than you would like it won't be on your name (of course being in your name offers more incentive to stick with your morals, so it is just a preference not a stance).
